Ballard Spahr's Washington, D.C. office seeks to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our thriving Mortgage Banking practice. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and research abilities, and mortgage banking regulatory experience. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with capital markets transactions (including purchases and sales of mortgage loans and servicing rights).
