This program by Lisa Schertler will present strategies for effective and persuasive written advocacy and writing and editing techniques designed to maximize legal writing proficiency. Ms. Schertler is a leading appellate advocate, a former Assistant to the Solicitor General in the Department of Justice, and a guest lecturer on appellate advocacy at the University of Virginia School of Law.
